NOVA LIMOUSINE SERVICES LLC

By booking a service through http://www.dullesairportlimo.com or via phone, email, or any platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Reservations & Booking

All reservations must include accurate and complete pickup and drop-off details.
A valid phone number is required for all bookings.

For airport pickups, flight information must be provided to ensure proper scheduling and tracking.

Reservations are considered confirmed only after you receive a confirmation from NOVA LIMOUSINE SERVICES LLC.

2. Pricing & Payments

All rates are all-inclusive unless stated otherwise. Pricing may include:

  • Applicable taxes
  • Tolls
  • Chauffeur gratuity

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Credit or debit card
  • Invoice payment
  • Cash (if pre-approved)

A processing fee may apply to card payments.

3. Waiting Time Policy

Airport pickups include up to 60 minutes of complimentary wait time after flight landing.

Non-airport pickups include 15 minutes of complimentary wait time.

Additional waiting time beyond these limits will be charged accordingly.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to pickup are free of charge
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may be charged the full fare
  • No-shows are non-refundable

5. No-Show Policy

A reservation will be considered a No-Show if:

  • The passenger does not appear at the scheduled pickup location
  • The passenger cannot be reached
  • The passenger refuses the ride

In such cases, the full fare will be charged.

6. Passenger Conduct

For the safety and comfort of all passengers:

  • Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited
  • Alcohol consumption is not allowed
  • Illegal substances are strictly prohibited
  • Abusive or inappropriate behavior toward the chauffeur is not tolerated

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of the service without a refund.

7. Vehicle & Service Conditions

NOVA LIMOUSINE SERVICES LLC reserves the right to substitute vehicles based on availability and operational needs.

Passenger capacity must not be exceeded at any time.

We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

8. Liability

Passengers are responsible for any damages caused to the vehicle.

Cleaning or repair fees may be applied if necessary.

NOVA LIMOUSINE SERVICES LLC is not responsible for lost or forgotten personal belongings.

9. Privacy

All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Agreement

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions listed above.

CANCELLATION POLICY

NOVA LIMOUSINE SERVICES LLC

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

Standard Rides

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup will be charged the full fare

Airport Transfers

  • Free cancellation up to 12 hours before pickup
  • Cancellations within 12 hours will be charged in full

Hourly / As-Directed Services

  • Must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.
Processing fees may not be refundable.

NO-SHOW POLICY

NOVA LIMOUSINE SERVICES LLC

A reservation is considered a No-Show under the following conditions:

  • The passenger does not arrive at the pickup location
  • The passenger fails to contact the driver or company
  • Incorrect or incomplete booking details are provided
  • The passenger refuses the ride upon driver arrival

Important Notes

  • The full fare will be charged in all No-Show situations
  • Drivers will wait according to the standard waiting time policy
  • Airport pickups are monitored using flight tracking systems

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Keeping their phone available and reachable
  • Providing accurate booking details
  • Informing the company of any delays or changes
